There were so many points where I thought it was impossible but with a bit of tweaking it all fell into place.

The difficulty curve is too gentle. You play like 15 levels before theres even any remote need for skill and even then its fairly simple. You're too generous to the player but with a bit of tweaking I think this could be a really good game.

When I saw RPG I went into nerd mode and devoted a bit of time to this. Not gonna do a full review but:

Good
- Nice idea first of all.
- You can tell you put a fair bit of time into this.
- Everything you intended to work works without problem.

Bad
- Seems very unpolished. No death noises. No combat noises. No effort put into the interfaces. This was my biggest problem.
- The whole battle system seemed a bit amateur. It was a matter of standing next to an enemy and holding ctrl until you develop better methods then you would stand somewhere and hold that button. Not particularly engaging although Im sure some younger players will find it apt.
- The characters. It seems you've not played the original donkey kong games. The persona of the characters are a bit random, an example that stuck in my mind was Diddy calling donkey "old boy" lol. Made me chuckle.

A great attempt at a lofty goal. If this was your first serious shot at this type of game then its awesome. In future I would reccommend your major focus be on graphics and battle. Maybe turn based encounters would work best.

I'm not usually a fan of this genre but I gotta say I was REALLY impressed with the level of work gone into it. The syncing of the machine parts to the music was perfect and as the level/rhythm progressed it got really intense.

Good call on not making it a 1 life game over as well lol. Need all of my lives and then some.

A competent attempt of a tried and tested parody.

In terms of flash animation it was good. A few odd bits here and there but most of it only lent itself to the style. The production and mixing on the male/narrator vocals were pretty decent but the woman/wife was often a bit low in the mix and faint in points. Probably tired from all that giving birth, lol.

This style of 1930's service video aimed at keeping women in the kitchen (satirically of course) has been done a million times. My favourite rendition was the fast show one with "Women - Know Your Place" which this seems to be an almost direct flash conversion of........

Overall though a nice job. You've got a good sense for what you set out to accomplish. It would have been funnier if you went a bit more over the top but too late for that I suppose.
